10AM lofts 01+02 project is an addition to this unique former industrial building where 10AM lofts 03+04 were created. An open space residence and a multifunctional space are connected on the same floor with a small internal corridor. The green terazzo floor was preserved and polished, the concrete structure has been exposed and a small space was transformed into a veranda.
